Meditation is a tool that allows us to retrain our minds and what a gift that is!
If you've ever sat down and tried to meditate then you know how difficult it is. It is also an impressively eye opening experience to actually take a moment and realize the content and behavior of your mind.

But mostly be compassionate with yourself. Remember that whatever happens in your meditation is exactly what need to happen and that your are where you need to be doing what you need to be doing. Each time you practice you strengthen the neural pathways in your brain that allow you to create contentment and peace when you desire. It's okay to struggle with it. Many people dedicate their lives to mastering this and still don't accomplish full mastery. It's difficult and thats okay. You're doing a good job.
